1. Services
Elai Automations provides AI automation consulting, development, deployment, and maintenance services. Our services include but are not limited to: Corporate AI Automation, E-Commerce Automation, AI Digital Employees, Private AI Infrastructure deployment, Training Programs, and Automation Audits.
2. Engagement Process
All engagements begin with an initial assessment or strategy call. Following the assessment, we provide a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and pricing. Work commences upon mutual agreement and execution of a service agreement.
3. Pricing & Payment
Setup fees start from $900 and scale based on project complexity and operational needs. Ongoing maintenance and consulting services are billed separately as agreed upon in the service agreement. All prices are in USD.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom AI agents and workflows developed specifically for their business. Elai Automations retains ownership of its proprietary frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
5. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all client data, business processes, and proprietary information shared during our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Elai Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
